How to add international flights to your itinerary

Prerequisites

  • You have an itinerary open in itrvl

  • The itinerary has accommodations and other core details already in place

  • You have the flight information ready (airline, flight number, departure/arrival times, airports, etc.)

Steps

  1. Open the itinerary you want to add international flights to.

  2. Click on Presentation Editor to open the editor for this itinerary.

  3. In the left-hand navigation panel, click on International Flights.

  4. Click Add Flight in the upper right corner of the International Flights section.

  5. Fill in all the relevant flight details, including airline, flight number, departure and arrival airports, dates, and times.

  6. Click Save to save the flight to your itinerary.

  7. If you need to share the flight details with Wilderness, use the Share Flights option to send the information across.

Tips and Important Notes

Tip: You can add multiple international flights to a single itinerary. Repeat steps 4 through 6 for each flight segment your client needs.

Tip: Double-check all flight details (especially dates, times, and airport codes) before saving. Accurate flight information ensures the client's presentation and trip logistics are correct.

Important: Sharing flights with Wilderness is optional. Only use the Share Flights option when Wilderness needs visibility into the client's international flight arrangements.
